Special orders will be placed on or around the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month and available that Saturday for pickup at the club.
We offer this service as a benefit to our members, and as all of our services, this is provided by volunteers. You may not receive a reply or invoice for this order until closer to the deadline for orders in some cases. These times are guidelines and not hard and fast guarantees. We cannot control the inventory of our distribution channels, nor the game companies that supply them. If you need instant service and constant updates, you won't hurt our feelings if you order elsewhere.
Orders are not confirmed until invoices are paid in full.
Orders must be picked up in person and will not be shipped.
