Member merchandise orders

We offer our members the benefit of ordering retail merchandise via the club at a discount. This benefit is provided by unpaid volunteers, and has several manual steps. You may not receive a reply or invoice for your order for several days.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We cannot control the inventory of our distribution channels, nor the game companies that supply them.  If you need instant service and constant updates, you won't hurt our feelings if you order elsewhere. Otherwise, your orders help financially support our club and we really appreciate them!

• Orders are not confirmed until invoices are paid in full.

• Orders must be picked up in person and will not be shipped.

• If you have questions about your order, ask in the #retail-orders channel on our Discord.
